• A textbook and student notes are provided

• Schedule and date is by arrangement

• Classes recommended 10 to 15 people

Courses

Teaching is part of our process improvement program. Initially you can be introduced to the concepts through short seminars. The next step after that is to take a course in any of the specific skills you require. We offer a number of courses in collaboration with our partners. The coursework is integrated with other mentoring activities and the total process improvement program.
